Account setup guide

Four steps to a funded PRIME COMMUNITY account, ready to trade.

  1. Step 01

    Create your account

    Use the official PRIME COMMUNITY sign-up form with a valid email. You will receive a verification link to confirm the address.

    • Use your legal name
    • Choose a strong password
    • Confirm the verification email
  2. Step 02

    Verify your identity

    Standard KYC is required. Upload a government-issued ID and a recent proof of address. Review is usually completed during business hours.

    • Clear photo ID
    • Proof of address dated within 3 months
    • Selfie if requested
  3. Step 03

    Fund your account

    Choose from supported deposit methods including bank transfer and card. Deposits must originate from an account in your own name.

    • Confirm deposit currency
    • Check minimum deposit
    • Keep your receipt
  4. Step 04

    Connect MT4 or MT5

    Download the trading platform, sign in with your live credentials, and select the correct server provided in your welcome email.

    • Use your live login
    • Select the correct server
    • Enable two-factor authentication
